The Problem
A telecommunications provider, responsible for Toll-Free Number Administration, relied on technology and processes that were antiquated and considered a significant operational risk.
Our Solutions
A transformational rebuild was critical. Advanced360 Solutions’ experienced team successfully led the effort required to move from a legacy, high-risk state to a technically advanced, cloud-based solution. This effort required new technology, advanced processes, and upskilled personnel. The project, involving management of over 375 global resources, with coordination and communications to key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, the Federal Communications Commission, and nearly 500 U.S. carriers, was completed on time within a 1% variance from the forecasted budget.
